Gratitude

The lost art of gratitude… I feel like this noun ,
It should actually be a verb. At least people could be taught it or learn it more easily.
How many times do we get up in the morning before work in a bad mood? Or start complaining about our 1st world problems? Poor us! Our expectations haven’t been met ; things didn’t turn out just right like they usually do!
When you think about it, thousands of people don’t get the chance to even wake up every morning, let alone, have food and shelter. This should be enough for everyone to say HELL YEAH!! I woke up and have the gift of life! But we don’t, do we? I have traveled the globe extensively and been to the poorest places in the world, to godforsaken towns and found the happiest children playing in the streets, with a stick and an old bicycle tyre. Perception really is projection! You see, those kids have never met or seen a rich person, they have no tv or internet, they don’t know they’re poor. They think it’s like that everywhere so they don’t compare their lives with everyone else’s.
We have more comfort, safety, food, opportunities, education than ever before. It’s a fact. Though we are the more depressed, obese, lonely, unfit and unhealthy ever!!!
There is so much white noise going on, no one can focus: What should I eat? What should I watch? What should I listen to? Simply, there are so many distractions and lack of real people to guide us. Most of the people put up as celebrities, well they’re just paid actors! You think you know them… well, the truth is you don’t… they always have a way of disappointing us, they’re just human playing their part.
I give you one tip: Every morning, go in front of your mirror and tell yourself you love yourself. Pick out a part of your body that you like. This will stop you from looking for validation from others, especially fb friends you don’t really know!
Now if you find that difficult, it means you have an issue with self love… so many of us do! Can you remember people at school saying: “Jeez, that guy loves himself!” as if it was a bad thing. Well, how wrong were we!It’s the most important thing in the world.
If you loved yourself, would you treat your body the way you do? Would you sabotage relationships? Would you work in a job you hate? Of course not! Your compass has lost its true north! You’re in a confused sea not knowing where to go.
I can and will give you that clarity. This is what I do: it’s called a breakthrough session. Do you know what the definition of insanity is? Well that’s when you keep doing the same thing over and over, and expect a different result!
Now, I’m taking bookings for August. If you don’t feel right, or you want to ditch the smoking or have a better relationship with alcohol, or just want to tame the anxiety!
Again this is what I do.
Contact me below, common let’s get it done!I’m talking inner and outer life changing transformation!
PS that kid that loved himself we all hated probably just had way to much self confidence!
