Autoimmune disease.

Autoimmune disease. Did you know, of all the people with autoimmune disorder about 75% are women and only 25% men? Isn’t that interesting?
Single women live longer than unmarried men.
Though, married women have a shorter life expectancy when they are married to a man!
Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
You see women are the stress absorbers of the household, they are hearing everyone’s problems in the house and then trying to give everyone their share of attention and then deal with all things financial, part-time taxi driver, oh! and throw in cleaner extraordinaire… oh! and short-order cook, child psychologist, partner psychologist, well… you get the picture?
They’re irreplaceable and impossible to pay because there isn’t enough money in the world to cover all the jobs they do.
I can hear all the guys saying, hang on, I do plenty of work around the place! Of course, you do, though most of us have got nothing without our women.
You see, autoimmune disorder has no real cure. It’s an emotional disorder, it’s from stress overload.
Women have been forced to work, housing has gone up 10x since we were born and so has everything else, except our wages.
This leaves children and mums without the quality of family time, that we had ourselves as children. The family unit pales in comparison to our childhood. No blame, no right or wrong, just learning…
So, what to do?
We need to create more time in the day. And you're thinking: “Mark, you have lost
the impossible plot!”.
Instead of drinking after work, how about walking the dog with your children, exercise, train with your children (there’s 1hr)?
Watch TV for 1-2 hrs a night only.
Read 1 hr before bed. This is how you de-stress your mind. Go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. This gives you more time to yourself in the morning. This way you're not waking up with a hangover and walking into a war zone in the morning! Do 15 mins meditation, Wim Hof breathing and my favorite: cold shower (beginners, start that in October, it’s not so cold. and don’t stay in the one spot, move around).
Stress is only going to get worse unless we slow down; otherwise it will slow us down.
Our stress absorber is quiet time for ourselves every day.
I can help you change your mindset to change your future!
